In Wales, if you're asked to provide your contact details to support NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect, when you enter a venue then you should continue to do so. Providing your contact details allows local health protection teams to contact you directly where absolutely necessary to stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
